Key Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle Inspection: Assess damages using various methods and tools.
  • Repair Estimation: Determine repair needs and costs and work with insurance for estimates.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with guests to explain repair processes, timelines, and expenses.
  • Work Management: Place orders, manage repairs, and ensure quality standards.
  • Customer Service: Build lasting relationships through exceptional service.

Who You Are:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Character: Ethical, enthusiastic, team-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Skills: Strong communication, record-keeping, customer service, and willingness to learn.
  • Requirements: Clean driving record, valid driver's license, and readiness for background and drug screening.
