As our Facility Cleaner, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining a pristine, safe, and welcoming environment for all dealership team members and guests. Key Responsibilities

• Premises Maintenance: Ensure all sales and service areas are clean and inviting and reflect our commitment to excellence. Perform detailed building maintenance regularly to minimize disruptions.
• Window and Glass Care: Maintain the sparkle on all windows, glass doors, and panels within the service area, ensuring clear visibility and a bright atmosphere.
• Specialized Area Upkeep: Meticulously mop, clean, and organize service waiting areas, offices, technician spaces, and dining areas, maintaining an environment that team members and guests are proud to be in.
• Floor and Vehicle Display Maintenance: Sweep and maintain floors across various departments and ensure all showroom vehicles and displays are immaculately presented daily.
• Outdoor Maintenance: Manage the cleanliness of the driveway and sidewalks, including debris removal, to ensure safe and welcoming access for all guests and staff.
• Facility Readiness: Empty and sanitize trash receptacles, maintain the cleanliness of all eating and beverage areas, and ensure bathrooms are stocked and spotless.
• Environmental Stewardship: Manage flower cultivation and ensure proper disposal and recycling practices are followed, promoting a green and clean environment.
• Operational Support: Perform routine maintenance, manage spills, and ensure the dealership's seamless operation.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma preferred, or relevant experience in a custodial or maintenance role. We value dedication and willingness to learn over specific qualifications.
• Skills: Effective communication, basic mathematical proficiency, and following written and oral instructions. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards.
• Physical Requirements: This role requires physical activity, including lifting, bending, and walking. Reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities.
• Certifications: Any relevant certifications are a plus but not required.
