Service Advisor Responsibilities 🔧

• Friendly greet guests, get vehicle info, log concerns 👋
• Review service history, inspect vehicles, and advise on routine maintenance 🔍
• Prepare repair orders, provide cost estimates ✏️
• Discuss technician findings and propose solutions 🗣️
• Track repairs, update guests on changes, and ensure authorization for additional work 🕒
• Review orders, ensure work completion & guest satisfaction 🔎

Qualifications 🎯

• High school diploma/equivalent 🎓
• Strong ethics & values 🔐
• Knowledge of automotive repair/maintenance 🔧
